 Vanessa Brazeau

Vanessa Brazeau is kunstenaar, (non)producent, fietsactivist, voice-over performer, medewerker, atleet, moeder, presentator en meer. Ze maakte deel uit van het kernteam van Timelab van 2020 - 2022. Vanessa creëert situaties die participatie, activatie en verzet aanmoedigen bij verschillende publieken. Ze gebruikt het lichaam als middel om vragen te stellen, macht te geven en het ijs te breken. Ze behaalde een MFA in "Public Art and New Artistic Strategies" aan de Bauhaus-University Weimar in 2016 en werkte later met het programma als artistiek medewerker en docent. Van 2014-18 was ze de initiatiefnemer van het publieke kunstfestival/fietstocht Art Spin Berlin, dat in 2016 op de shortlist van DER SPIEGEL Online stond voor de Social Design Award.

[Sprint 2020] documenting commoning residencies

Every year, a sprint reflects on the past year of the organisation and defines questions and issues to be addressed in the future work. In a 4 days gathering the sprinters of 2020 will collectively work on strategies, tools and practices on the issue of documenting and communication.
