MOKJA! 먹자! Let's eat! That is the Korean meaning of Mokja!, the brainchild of Ae Jin Huys.
Inspired by the Korean food philosophy, Mokja focuses on simple and pure preparations. Eating as a daily medicine, taking into account healthy digestion as an important part of the meal. Mokja offers catering, pop ups and take-out.
Ae Jin is author of Korean cookbooks at Lannoo publishers, culinary trainer at HorecaForma and curator at SONMAT.
Ae Jin often travels to Korea, she provides Korean food consultancy and food tours for professional clients.
