How to organise an international network of knowledge and practice? Can we get inspired by the ecogood network structure of energy fields and could S3 help us to get decisions clear? What kind of legal structure do we need? How do we organise boardmeetings and decisions digitaly? How can an organisation be open to new contributors and how do we celebrate what connect us?
Since 2005, the P2P Foundation has been researching, cataloging and advocating for the potential of P2P and Commons-based approaches to societal and consciousness change. The P2P Foundation (officially, The Foundation for P2P Alternatives) is a non-profit organization and global network dedicated to advocacy and research of commons-oriented peer to peer (P2P) dynamics in society.
On a regular base the core team of the organization gathers for a sprint. An self reflection and opportunity to evaluate the organization and activities. This edition will take place in Timelab, Ghent. Timelab network will exchange knowledge on collaboration, commining strategies, contribution and organisational models.
The program is built up in 2 parts. A daytime gathering with in-depth workshops with a small group and a open evening program with free participation.
All contributions on documenting, writing, observing in both day and evening program are very welcome. If you like to contribute, send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
