I’m Jamie, a product designer with interest in social impact originally from Switzerland. Naturally curious and eager to learn, I constantly seek new challenges to expand my understanding of materials and design. I am open to experimentation and motivated to discover new methods and perspectives. My proactive approach to problem-solving and keen eye for detail enable me to thrive in dynamic environments where I can take initiative and collaborate effectively to bring ideas from concept to reality.
My practice expands from traditional product design of household items and interior design to board games and workshops bringing awareness to environmental issues. My master's at Design Academy Eindhoven broadened my perspective, emphasizing the role of design in addressing societal challenges and promoting sustainability. Through my master project, "From Waste to Wonder – Kids Workshop for Environmental Impact," where kids craft their own toys using recycled waste resources, I developed expertise in bio design and researched alternative materials for environmentally friendly solutions.
