Irene Diliberto is an Italian freelance artist and art designer born in Milan. Her work is developed across three main areas. The first is online commu- nication and education, where she narrates art and design, bringing them into everyday life through podcasts, videos, and lectures. The second area involves collaborating with agency teams to design visual and communication identities for clients, often including illustrative elements. Lastly, she focuses on the creation of personal art projects. The latter are based on the exploration of research and design, the central theme of her Bachelor thesis, and her interest in textiles, which she ex- plored in her Master’s thesis with a focus on the tablecloth, conceived as a symbol of conviviality and home. A distinctive feature of her method is the focus on writing and word analy- sis, investigated through etymologies and conceptual maps. Her approach is strongly material and tactile, with a focus on natural textures and the construction of maps, whether conceptual or visual. Each idea takes shape in travel notebooks that she always carries with her to collect notes and sketches.
